In an on-going effort to provide exceptional services and amenities to our guests, the Condominium Association at the Aston Waikiki Beach Tower has scheduled the Exterior Enhancement and Vestibule Door Installation Projects as noted below.

Exterior Enhancement Project

  • The Exterior Enhancement Project includes concrete restoration and exterior painting.
  • Garage Exterior Enhancement Project is scheduled to begin on April 22, 2013 with a completion date of September 6, 2013 (weather and unforeseen circumstances may prolong the project).
  • Exterior Tower Enhancement Project is scheduled to begin on September 9, 2013 with a completion date of November 29, 2013 (weather and unforeseen circumstances may prolong the project).
  • Work will be done on Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with louder work scheduled between 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • We anticipate the noise of the concrete repair will travel throughout the building. All other work will create minimal noise and inconvenience.
  • There will be a brief period that the pool will be closed during certain portions of the Exterior Tower Enhancement Project.
  • There will be no lanai access for the stack of units affected during the Exterior Tower Enhancement Project.
  • Notices and construction schedules will be posted throughout the property.

Vestibule Door Installation Project

  • The Vestibule Door Installation Project includes the replacement of all vestibule doors on floors 5-40.
  • This Vestibule Door Installation Project is scheduled to begin on May 13, 2013 with a completion date of May 12, 2014 (weather and unforeseen circumstances may prolong the project).
  • Work will be done on Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with louder work scheduled between 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Elevator foyers & breezeways between the “01/02” and “03/04” units will be affected while the vestibule door is being replaced on the specific floor.

All guests staying through these periods will receive complimentary round-trip trolley tickets to the Ala Moana Center during the duration of these projects – limited to the number of guests in the suite.
